For this project, our course was divided into smaller 4-5 people groups. Our task was to create an electronic device to sense the world in a new way. This project lasted three weeks and was an opportunity to experiment with electronics and programming, both practically and conceptually. With the increases in mobile computing power and information sharing, movements such as biohacking and sense augmentation have expanded rapidly. For this project, I and my group explored the senses, building tools, using electronics and constructing narratives to investigate how we perceive the world and how that perception is increasingly mediated and augmented by technology. 2nd year BA (Hons) Graphic Design semester 1
